Fixed bugs and improvements from beta 1:
Bug: Advanced Normalization did not always show correct level to normalize to.
Bug: Japanese chars did not show in artist and album field.
New: Option to swap artists and track names. (On the popup menu, only shown when compilation disc is checked).
New: Disable splash screen option. Found under General Settings, Misc 2 tab.
New/Bug: Fixed so discs.txt is compatible with cdplayer.ini.
Bug: encoded files with external encoder did not get a correct file name all the time.
Bug: Fraunhofer Mono modes on Internal codec changed to stereo as soon as the user opened MP3 settings.
Bug: The artist name was not correct in the ID3 tag when the "rip all tracks first option" was used under MP3 setting for compilation discs.
Bug: Allocated memory was not released when rip to RAM was selected and the user pressed abort during normalization.
Bug: The ID3 button on line in sampling did not work.
Bug: Help, About caused an access violation error message on computers using large fonts.
Bug/improvement: oggenc.exe does now work with stdin/stdout (That worked before too but now AG fixes the arguments before launching oggenc. It was not so easy for a user to find out how to set the arguments for oggenc and stdin/stdout).

When I swapped the artist and track name they did in fact swap, but the "labels" did not swap.
