Windows XP. Ripping from the CD-ROM drive. Rips first song at 1x speed and I hear the music. Second and all subsequent songs are "ripped" at about three seconds each but end up with a 6KB file that is blank for each. Help????

Details man, details.

But it sound like you have selected "analog ripping" under general settings. Try selecting "ASPI" or "NT calls", if these are not available find and download ForceASPI and try again.
