Hey im having big problems with your program - for some reason the demo version of audiograbber recognises that my cd roms as they should can read digital audio but your full version Audio Grabber 1.60 thinks that both my Creative 8x DVD and Acer 24x10x40x re\writer cannot read digital audio even when the box in the system profile say that it can and after i have even installed the Adaptec ide\scsi drivers updatei am not going to pay more money for a program i have already downloaded and paid for i just need a patch or update to the current release say 1.81.2 v or whatever it is because that one has no problem at all thanks

If you're using the latest demo version of ag? why are you using an older full version? Upgrade to the latest full version. Unless you're using a pirated copy. ------------------ Kevin B.

You don't have to pay for updates as of now. You can get the latest version 1.82 build 2 for free. Just use your username and password and your serial number at the how to buy page and you can download the latest version. If you don't have this information anymore, email jackie@audiograbber.com-us.net and give him your name, and the email address you registered the product with and he will resend you this information. I think once you have the full version of the latest version you'll be fine.------------------ Kevin B.
